The Bulgarian *yellow cow cheese, spices, our authentic tomato sauce and fresh tomatoes for splendor. It can also be vegan – the *yellow cow‘s cheese will be replaced with *tofu.

Isn‘t she a beauty? Spicy, appetizing and playful. The aromatic mango and Tikka masala, a mix of Eastern spices and coconut milk, give her a South Eastern charm. Our signature is in the spinach and the *yellow cow‘s cheese.

The delicious caviar here are actually the ground olives Kalamata, in a mix of red pepper, sun-dried tomatoes and selected spices. The *yellow cow cheese is well combined with its fresh chatty company, the tomato, placed on top, saturated with garlic, basil and fresh onion feathers. Various capers leave a taste trace and the olive oil – our chef has it all spiced up.

All relatives on top of the sourdough crust and ancient-grained, have gathered – the *cheeses White and Bulgarian, matured. And more: local matured *yellow cow‘s cheese, foreign to spice, some of which – with an accent of blue color and spicier aroma.
