Our authentic tomato sauce is made of carrots, onion, *celery, tomatoes, which are boiled for a few hours at low heat.

Ghee - the wisdom of the East has brought it to us - purified (overboiled), *cow butter, well digestible and suitable for heat treatment, unlike its ordinary prototype. With the color of amber and light and a sweet aroma of *walnuts.

Spelt bread is 100% single-grain spelt (well, not as they say "spelt bread", but it turns out that between 10 and 30% is spelt, the rest is standard wheat) Spelt contains the least and the mildest form of gluten, which is easily absorbed by humans.
