(in an abstract translation – slow food, bio, organic, grassroots … 🙂 We believe that the Conscience leads to more happiness for the people and less damage for Nature.
Our contribution is consciously and skillfully prepared vegetarian food, with care for one‘s health and… palate.
We strive for careful research of the products, which we invest in, to be of highest degree:
· free of pesticides, artificial fertilizers and chemicals
· prepared healthier
· grown by conscious people in Bulgarian gardens, if possible.
ABOUT THE ANCIENT VARIETIES

The hybrid modern varieties of wheat are an artificial cross between low-protein wheat with lots of good yields, which give the abstracted „good crop“ for a short period of time – mostly 2-3 years and subsequently, lower the production rate. Every year they need a massive chemical intervention in the form of herbicides and pesticides (sprayed up to 2-8 times)…

From our library
Selected only from ancient grains (landrace) – unhybridized old varieties, grown by trusted friends – BIOdynamic certified einkorn, black emmer, (double-grain einkorn, for now, only at our place in Sofia), spelt, bankuti and more. Those high-stemmed, produced at a low rate and durable grain weeds have reproduced in our homeland depths and are not suitable for the high handed production, necessary for the industrial agriculture.
